About Orbis

Orbis started with a frustration I couldn't shake. At my last startup, we chose HubSpot because that's what you do - and immediately drowned. Enterprise CRM shoved into a 12-person team. Endless fields to fill, no intelligence coming back. The conversations that actually closed our deals with JP Morgan and T. Rowe Price? They happened in Slack DMs and WhatsApp threads that HubSpot couldn't see.

I spent three years at OneSignal building multi-channel messaging infrastructure - push, email, SMS, in-app - so I understand how messages flow across channels at scale. During my Antler residency, I interviewed 50+ founders and every one described the same broken workflow: heavy CRM tools that demand data entry but offer no intelligence, deal context scattered across personal channels no tool can access, and AI “features” bolted onto architectures that were never designed for relationship understanding.

The entire category needs a foundational rethink, not another agent layer on top of HubSpot or Salesforce.

Cold email response rates have dropped to 4-5%, down from 8.5% five years ago. The industry's answer? More volume. More tools. More automation. The average SDR now juggles 8-12 tools and spends 70% of their time on admin. AI SDRs were supposed to fix this - they didn't. They created more spam, not more pipeline. GTM teams aren't anti-AI. They're anti-spam.

Orbis is the AI relationship workspace - the place where your team's entire relationship graph comes alive across every channel, with a shared AI brain that remembers everything and surfaces what matters. Your AI lives where your relationships do. Not just email. WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, SMS. It doesn't just track relationships - it acts on them. Following up on stale conversations, drafting emails that sound like you, routing warm intros, and executing deal workflows with your approval.

When your co-founder has a WhatsApp exchange with a prospect, your AE sees the full context before their call the next day. When someone you haven't spoken to in six weeks becomes relevant again, Orbis tells you before you realize you need to reach out. Context doesn't walk out the door when someone leaves. The CRM that fills itself in isn't a dream - it's an architecture decision.

I'm building Orbis for founders and GTM teams who know that one warm conversation is worth a thousand cold emails.
